STP & WTP Operator

We are looking for skilled STP & WTP Operators to manage the operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants and Water Treatment Plants. The role involves monitoring plant performance, handling pumps, blowers, filters, RO/UF systems, conducting water quality tests, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor STP & WTP systems including pumps, motors, valves, and control panels Conduct routine checks, water sampling, and quality analysis (pH, TDS, BOD, COD, etc.) Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and discharge standards Maintain daily logs and operational records Troubleshoot plant issues and coordinate with engineers/technicians Follow safety protocols and maintain housekeeping at plant sites
