Stores Supervisor

Role Overview: As a Stores Supervisor at LTPO-L&T Energy-CarbonLite Solutions in Gadarwara, Madhya Pradesh, you will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, material handling, and storage practices. Your role will involve ensuring the efficient functioning of the store operations and maintaining accurate records of all materials and supplies. Key Responsibilities: - Receipt, Inspections, and Rejections: You will have a good knowledge of the process of the Gate-Entry System, checking documents and materials, and conducting physical inspections. - Material Handling: You will be responsible for material unloading, safety practices, storage, GRN posting in SAP, user inspections, and rejections in SAP. - Debit/Credit Note Processing: You will handle debit/credit notes from suppliers, process bills, have knowledge of transit insurance, issuance of e-Waybills, RGP & NRGP. - Inventory Control: You will control inventory through perpetual inventory management and selective stocktaking. - Fuel Management: You will manage fuel-related processes including fuel tanker receipt, checking, measurements, quality testing, decantation, accounting, UGT measurement, dispensing, gazette notifications, and reconciliations. - Warehouse Infrastructure Planning: You will plan and develop warehouse infrastructure and facilities to meet project and operational demands effectively. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree - Industrial purchasing and material management knowledge Additional Details: The role requires in-depth knowledge of power plant components, project supplies, storage and preservation requirements for critical project supplies, and proficiency in warehouse infrastructure planning to ensure optimal performance and longevity of materials.,
