Stores Person /Ward Product Manager

Duties

We are currently looking for a reliable, motivated stores person/ ward product manager (WPM) to join our stores team. Duties include:

• Receive all incoming goods into the general stores area
• Check that all goods received match the delivery note(s) accompanying the delivery. Book Goods in/out electronic stock management systems
• Investigate all discrepancies between the delivery note and the physical goods delivered
• Maintain the security and safety of stock within their care at all times
• Deliver all goods to all areas within the NHS Golden Jubilee Site
• Manage and replenish stock as part of Ward Product Management Service to all departments utilising Genesis stock management system
