A store in-charge is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and upholding company policies. Key duties include supervising staff, managing inventory levels, handling customer service issues, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring the store is clean, safe, and well-organized. Staff and operations

• Supervise and manage staff: Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate store personnel.
• Oversee daily operations: Manage daily tasks, open and close the store, and ensure smooth functionality.
• Ensure compliance: Implement and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Manage finances: Handle daily cash, process transactions, and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Inventory and merchandise

• Manage inventory: Track stock levels, place orders when needed, and conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Handle stock: Ensure proper storage, receive shipments, and organize the sales floor and stockroom.
• Monitor stock levels: Replenish stock in a timely manner to prevent stockouts.

Customer service and sales

• Provide customer service: Ensure excellent customer experiences and resolve customer complaints and issues.
• Monitor sales: Track performance against targets, analyze data, and implement strategies to increase sales.
• Promote the store: Organize promotional activities to boost sales and profitability.

Store environment

• Maintain cleanliness: Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable to customers.
• Ensure safety: Implement and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
