Job Title: Stores & Consumables Management Assistant

Qualification Required: Minimum 12th Pass
Location: Ayesha Compound, Vasai
Reporting To: Stores In-Charge
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Receiving & Issue:
• Receive incoming consumables, tools, and materials as per delivery challans/invoices.
• Check for quantity and basic quality (visual damage check) at the time of receipt.
• Issue consumables and items to departments as per indents or requisition slips.
• Stock Maintenance:
• Maintain physical stock as per bin cards or stock registers.
• Update stock entries manually or in basic inventory software/spreadsheets (training will be provided if needed).
• Carry out regular physical stock verification and report any discrepancies.
• Storage & Housekeeping:
• Ensure proper stacking and labeling of items to maintain a clean and systematic store area.
• Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) wherever applicable for perishable or date-sensitive materials.
• Record Keeping:
• Maintain registers for inward, outward, returnable, and non-returnable items.
• Maintain daily issue records for consumables such as cleaning materials, small tools, etc.
• Co-ordination:
• Coordinate with purchase and accounts teams for material receipts and pending items.
• Inform seniors about low stock levels for reordering in advance.
• Other Duties:
• Assist in monthly/quarterly store audits.
• Maintain basic safety and discipline in the store area.
• Perform any other task assigned by the supervisor.

Skills Required:

• Basic knowledge of inventory/storekeeping
• Ability to read and write in English/Hindi/local language
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email – training can be provided)
• Physically fit and disciplined
• Honest and trustworthy with handling company property

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
