Stores and Purchase Executive

As a Procurement and Inventory Control Specialist, your main responsibility will be to manage procurement processes by identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts, and establishing favorable terms to secure quality goods and services. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, overseeing the receiving, stocking, and issuance of goods, and implementing efficient storage solutions to optimize space utilization. Additionally, you will handle incoming orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery to internal departments or customers, and develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality in the supply chain. To be successful in this role, you should either be a fresher or have 1 year of experience as a Store In charge, with ITI, Diploma, or BE (E.C.E, E.E.E., E& I) qualification. Basic computer skills are also required. This position is based in Chennai and is a full-time role with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The schedule may involve rotational shifts, and there is a performance bonus structure in place.
