Job Description

· Organizing store staff work schedules and Must Knowledgw in Tally · Monitoring inventory and keep the store well organized. · Maintain inventory records in Tally software. · Maintain the records of vendors and suppliers · Maintains receipts, records, and withdrawals of materials · Receives and unpacks materials and supplies. · Reports damages and discrepancies · Providing assistance to new hires to learn about store policies and procedures. · Monitor and take inventory on regular basis · Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the agreed purchase, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received. · Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs. · Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies. · Extend all requisitions on a daily basis and update the inventory management in recods. · Work closely with purchase department to order and receive items and equipment and notify the purchase department of any low stock levels. · Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly. Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods. · Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
