Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement:

   Interact with customers warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel valued, comfortable, and confident throughout their shopping experience.

2. Product & Brand Knowledge:

   Maintain thorough knowledge of all brand merchandise, styles, and fashion trends to provide accurate and inspiring recommendations.

3. Personalized Styling Service:

   Offer one-on-one styling advice tailored to each customer's preferences, body type, and occasion, creating a distinctive and memorable experience.

4. Customer Issue Resolution:

   Address customer concerns promptly and effectively, demonstrating empathy and problem-solving abilities.

5. Sales Contribution:

   Support the achievement of store sales targets through excellent service, cross-selling, and upselling techniques without compromising the customer experience.

6. Visual Merchandising:

   Ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines. Assist in maintaining appealing and organized displays that highlight key styles, seasonal looks, and styling stories to attract and inspire customers.

7. Store operations:

   getting involved in the day to day store operations and ensuring smooth execution of store daily work.

8. Customer follow up:

   stylist should make a healthy relationship with all our regular clients and should have the continuous follow up ensuring they feel welcomed at all times.
