Store Salesperson

As a store salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to shoppers, assisting them in finding the right products, processing transactions, and driving sales. Your main duties will include greeting customers, offering product knowledge, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Your role will involve customer service tasks such as greeting customers, answering questions, assisting with product selection, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for sales-related activities such as identifying customer needs, recommending products, and promoting sales to enhance the shopping experience. Additionally, you will be involved in inventory management by restocking shelves, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting with inventory counts to ensure efficient operations. Maintaining the store's appearance to create a visually appealing and organized environment will also be part of your responsibilities. As a store salesperson, you will play a key role in loss prevention by monitoring the sales floor and promptly reporting any suspicious activity to maintain a secure shopping environment for customers and staff. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund. The compensation package includes performance bonuses and yearly bonuses. The work schedule is during day shifts, and the work location is in person.
