Store Salesperson

Role Overview: As a store salesperson, you will be a customer-oriented professional responsible for assisting shoppers in finding the right products, processing transactions, and driving sales. Your main duties will include greeting customers, offering product knowledge, and helping them make purchasing decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, assist with product selection, and resolve issues. - Sales: Identify customer needs, recommend products, and promote sales. - Inventory Management: Restock shelves, maintain a clean sales floor, and assist with inventory counts. - Store Appearance: Maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment. - Loss Prevention: Monitor the sales floor and report suspicious activity. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
