Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused store sales executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in the store, promote products, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every visitor. Key Responsibilities:Greet customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable products Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly Assist in product selection, trials (if applicable), and final billing Meet daily and monthly sales targets Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of product displays Track inventory levels and coordinate with store manager for restocking Handle customer queries and complaints , and resolve them efficiently Promote ongoing store offers and loyalty programs Maintain accurate records of sales and customer details (if required)
