Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Drive sales to achieve individual and store targets.
Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock replenishment.
Handle billing and cash transactions accurately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and store policies.
Coordinate with team members to achieve overall store objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems and billing procedures.
Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and grooming standards.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Educational Qualification:

Graduates in any discipline will be preferred for this role.
