Job Summary: The Store Sales Executive is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment. This role requires a strong understanding of mobile technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the best mobile solutions to meet their needs. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through effective questioning and active listening. Provide expert advice and demonstrations of mobile phones, tablets, accessories, and related services (e.g., plans, insurance, repairs). Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications clearly and concisely. Effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services to maximize sales opportunities. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently, striving for first-resolution. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve individual and team sales targets (e.g., unit sales, revenue, accessory sales). Product Knowledge & Merchandising: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, services, promotions, and industry trends related to mobile technology. Participate in product training sessions and self-learn about new arrivals. Ensure merchandise is neatly displayed, correctly priced, and adequately stocked on the sales floor. Assist with visual merchandising to create an attractive and engaging shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the Store Manager.
