Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Engagement
● Engage with clients and offer personalized jewelry recommendations.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients.
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Represent the brand at trade shows, exhibitions, and luxury events.
● Provide excellent after-sales service and handle client follow-ups.
Operations & Store Support
● Support daily store operations including billing, invoicing, and order processing.
● Manage stock, inventory, and visual merchandising to meet luxury standards.
● Prepare sales reports and assist with event logistics.
● Handle client communications professionally (calls, WhatsApp, email).
Requirements
● 2–4 years of experience in retail sales or store operations (luxury jewelry/watch/fashionpreferred).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Passion for fine jewelry and customer service.
● Goal-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
● Flexible to work weekends and during exhibitions/events.
● Bachelor’s degree in Retail, Business, or related field.
