Role & responsibilities

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle walk-in customers and promote products.
Manage daily store operations and product displays.
Maintain inventory, stock records, and replenishment.
Handle billing, cash collections, and POS transactions.
Maintain customer databases and follow-ups.
Prepare daily sales, stock, and expense reports.
Support promotional activities and exhibitions.
Coordinate with Head Office and warehouse teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic computer, POS billing, and inventory knowledge.
Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi.
Ability to manage store operations independently.
