Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Store Sales Executive to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an excellent in-store experience by assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring stock availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
• Handle customer complaints and queries promptly and effectively
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels
• Coordinate with the inventory and warehouse team for stock availability
• Participate in periodic stock audits and stock-takes
• Collect and report customer feedback to management
• Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong selling and negotiation skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office is an advantage
