Ritik Ceramics is a premium showroom for bathroom, living room, bedroom and kitchen products. Since 2000, we have helped customers visualise and create luxurious personal spaces, led by directors with over two decades of experience.

We are reopening our store in Mumbai at Kamal Mills, Lower Parel.

Growing our team: With the new showroom opening, we're hiring for our Sales Executive.

Role Description The Sales Executive will work full time on-site at our Mumbai showroom, engaging directly with walk-in customers and clients. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, presenting product options, explaining features and benefits, and offering customized solutions that align with design preferences and budgets. The role involves preparing quotations, handling order processing, coordinating with internal teams for inventory and delivery, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also help maintain showroom displays, support promotional activities, and contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding the brand’s premium service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with walk-in clients.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, including closing deals, upselling, and working toward individual and team sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of interior products, ceramics, or building materials, and ability to learn product features and applications quickly.
• Effective communication skills in English and local languages, with clear presentation and listening abilities.
• Comfort with basic computer tools for billing, quotation preparation and communication.
• Prior retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium products, is an advantage.
• Minimum educational qualification: a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
