Store Sales Executive

Profile Summary

We are looking for a Customer-focused and target-oriented Store Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable products, and converting customer interactions into successful sales.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

● Greet and assist customers visiting the store.

● Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.

● Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.

● Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

● Convert walk-in customers into sales.

● Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.

● Follow up with potential customers to close pending sales.

● Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is presentable.

● Handle billing and basic sales-related documentation, if required.

● Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.

● Coordinate with the store team for smooth day-to-day operations.

● Maintain accurate sales and customer records.

Knowledge Skills

● Education: Graduate or any related field

● Experience: Fresher or Experienced

● Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales can also apply.

● Basic knowledge of MS Office/POS systems will be an advantage.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.

● Sales and negotiation skills.

● Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

● Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products accordingly.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
