About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Greet walk-in customers warmly and understand their needs
Recommend the right products and explain their quality, benefits and usage
Answer questions on products, pricing and offers clearly and honestly
Convince and guide customers towards purchase, and achieve sales targets
Handle objections and concerns politely, and turn browsing into buying
Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits
Handle billing, payments and cash/UPI records accurately
Keep shelves stocked, tidy and well displayed, and help with stock checks
Record customer feedback and report it to the store manager
Keep the store clean and follow store standards

Requirements

Graduate
01-10 years of experience in retail, sales or customer service (preferred)
Good communication in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
Good convincing skills with a polite, positive attitude
Comfortable standing and interacting with customers through the shift
Basic billing/POS and mobile skills
Willingness to learn about food and wellness products
Able to work as per store timings

Good to Have

Experience in FMCG, grocery, food or retail stores
Interest in healthy, natural products
Target-driven mindset
