Store Sales Associate/trainee

As a Store Sales Associate at our company, your role involves providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining accurate inventory and records. Your key responsibilities will include: - Customer Service: - Greet customers, respond to queries, and resolve issues promptly. - Provide product information, recommendations, and demonstrations to enhance customer experience. - Sales and Merchandising: - Achieve sales targets and actively promote products to increase revenue. - Maintain visually appealing store displays and merchandise to attract customers. - Inventory Management: - Receive, inspect, and stock merchandise accurately. - Conduct cycle counts, reconcile inventory discrepancies, and report variances for efficient inventory control. - Computer Operations: - Update inventory records, track sales, and analyze data for informed decision-making. - Store Maintenance: - Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are upheld. - Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure their resolution. Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - 0-2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the agriculture industry. - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Knowledge of sales analytics and data interpretation.
