• Customer-Focused: Excellent verbal communication skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to sell products, promote offers, and drive sales by making informed recommendations.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail for handling inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining store tidiness.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, including potential weekend, evening, or split shifts, especially during busy periods.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with operating a POS system and other store technology.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
