Store & Receiving Associate

As a Material Coordinator at ACCOR, your primary function will be to ensure the orderly and timely delivery of materials from vendors to various departments. You will be responsible for handling purchase requests, coordinating team functions, and maintaining records related to purchasing activities. Your attention to any matter that may impact ACCOR's interests will be crucial and should be promptly communicated to the management. Your key responsibilities will include: - People Management: Motivating and developing the team to facilitate smooth departmental functioning and foster teamwork. - Financial Management: Identifying cost-effective resource utilization and educating the team accordingly. - Operational Management: Processing requisitions, verifying orders, preparing purchase orders, ensuring quality and timely delivery, comparing costs, and maintaining purchase records. Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers, assist the Purchasing Assistant, handle dispatches, and support other departments as required.
