Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Dispensing Medications:
Accurately compound and dispense medications according to prescriptions.
Patient Counseling:
Educate patients on proper medication usage, dosage, potential side effects, and interactions.
Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of medication inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all pharmacy laws and regulations.
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
Health Screenings:
Conduct health screenings, such as blood pressure checks and blood sugar tests.
Immunizations:
Administer vaccinations and other medical services as required.
Record Keeping:
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with legal requirements and ethical standards.
Digital Prescription Handling:
Assist with digital prescription generation and capture medical history.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or equivalent.
Licensure:
Valid license to practice as a pharmacist in India.
Knowledge:
Sound knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, medications, and dosage requirements.
Skills:
Strong communication, customer service, and attention to detail are essential.
Software Proficiency:
Familiarity with pharmacy software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience:
Experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to regulations.
