Store Officer (Male Candidates Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, and issue of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Tally Prime and/or ERP systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and ensure reconciliation with system records.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise requisitions to avoid shortages.
• Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure proper handling of goods.
• Coordinate with production, dispatch, and purchase teams for smooth material flow.
• Ensure store hygiene, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock movement and consumption.

Requirements

• Graduate/Diploma in Commerce/Management or related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in store operations/inventory management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and Tally Prime.
• Good organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage operational staff.
