Job Summary:

The Store Officer Procurement Operations is responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and components in alignment with procurement and production plans. This role ensures efficient inventory management, material traceability, and timely support to manufacturing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.
  
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and classification of materials as per company standards.
  
• Coordinate material issuance to production as per BOM and indents.
  
• Maintain real-time and accurate stock records using ERP systems.
  
• Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
  
• Monitor stock levels and alert procurement for reordering to avoid shortages.
  
• Handle documentation such as GRNs, stock registers, and material movement reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, and housekeeping practices within the store.
  
• Liaise with the procurement team to track material deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Assist in scrap handling, disposal, and record keeping.
  
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP (e.g. SAP).
  
• Knowledge of material handling, documentation, and stock reconciliation.
  
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and inventory controls.
