As a Store Manager at Lenskart, you will be responsible for leading your team to deliver excellent customer experiences, driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring that the store meets its goals. You will play a pivotal role in representing the Lenskart brand and values at the store level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the store team, ensuring high levels of motivation and performance.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience by maintaining visual merchandising, cleanliness, and in-store operations.
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering stock when required.
  • Train and coach sales associates to improve customer service and product knowledge.
  • Handle escalated customer issues professionally and effectively.
  • Analyze store performance and report regularly to the regional team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Retail Management/Business Administration or equivalent).
  • 35 years of experience in retail, with at least 12 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Tech-savvy familiarity with POS systems and MS Office tools.
  • Customer-first attitude and ability to drive high-quality service.
  • Experience in eyewear, fashion, or lifestyle products is a plus

Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary:

As a Sales Associate at Lenskart, you will assist customers in choosing the right eyewear, provide product knowledge, and ensure a delightful shopping experience. You will be a key part of the customer journey and an ambassador for the Lenskart brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their eyewear needs.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products including lenses, frames, and coatings.
  • Assist customers with eye check-up bookings and explain Lenskart services.
  • Guide customers through the purchase process, including billing and product pickup.
  • Ensure all display units are organized and well-stocked.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass; a diploma or graduation is a plus.
  • 0–2 years of experience in retail/customer service (freshers welcome).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, customer-centric attitude.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends/holidays.
  • Basic computer skills; prior experience with POS systems is an advantage
