Store Manager – Titan Eye plus (Karuna Group)- Barrackpur

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Optical Store Manager to lead our retail optical outlet. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, managing staff, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all store operations, including opening and closing activities
• Lead and motivate the sales and optometry team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively
• Maintain proper inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment
• Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing
• Oversee eye testing appointments and coordinate with optometrists
• Provide training to new staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in optical retail, in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of optical products (frames, lenses, contact lenses)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Basic computer skills (POS, billing, stock management systems)
• Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills
• Graduate in any discipline (Optometry background preferred but not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
