1. Scope of the Role

• Responsible for Store Operation & Control
• Meeting the target as per the Business Plan
• MIS- Reporting
• Attending Company leads
• Staff Motivation & Control
• Driving BTL Activities.
• Attending company Meetings and driving business objectives

2. Job Profile

• Chain of store is very process oriented. Huge potential for process innovation, benchmarking to be the best.
• Knowledge sharing with juniors, mentoring, enhancing service levels.
• Learning various facets of company requirements.
• Monitoring Stock transfers.
• Business Excellence

3. Key Deliverables

• Functional Month Closure, including scrutiny and closure of open issues, such as manual Invoices, in warding, GIT monitoring etc.
• Target Achievement, Reporting
• Planning for next Level Targets and achievements

4. The right person

• Graduate / PUC
• Relevant Silver Jewelry Exposure with a strong acumen to processes, Communication would be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
