Store Manager

As a potential candidate for the role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling all raw and packing material planning, receipt, dispensing, issuance, and maintaining stock - Maintaining daily MIS reports - Handling inventory and monitoring inward and outward activities - Ensuring timely execution of all stock transfers and coordinating with respective departments - Conducting physical verification of materials in stores - Maintaining a 5S environment - Implementing FIFO System / LIFO - Managing GRN, RGP, NRGP, ASN processes - Having knowledge of E-Way Bill and Invoicing - Maintaining BIN Cards Inventory Management: - Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels of raw materials and packing materials - Monitoring stock levels and placing orders to replenish materials as needed - Implementing inventory control measures to minimize stock shortages and excesses Procurement and Supplier Management: - Sourcing and evaluating suppliers for raw materials and packing materials - Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers for cost-effectiveness and quality standards - Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials Storage and Handling: - Overseeing the proper storage and handling of raw materials and packing materials - Ensuring materials are stored according to safety and regulatory standards - Implementing inventory storage systems, such as FIFO, to optimize space and prevent waste Quality Control: - Collaborating with the quality control team to establish and maintain quality standards for materials - Conducting inspections and quality checks on incoming materials to ensure compliance with specifications Documentation and Reporting: - Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to inventory, procurement, and material transactions - Generating reports on inventory levels, material usage, and other relevant metrics - Providing regular updates and reports to management on stock status and inventory issues Team Management and Training: - Supervising and training store personnel involved in material handling and storage - Fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and teamwork within the store department Continuous Improvement: - Identifying opportunities for process improvement in inventory management and material handling - Implementing initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and optimize inventory turnover Qualifications: - Education: UG / PG and MBA in SCM will be an advantage - Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in the Manufacturing industry - Skills: Strong software knowledge in SAP B1, H4 HANA, MM, PP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced Excel and Supply Chain Management, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
