Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of a large retail outlet. The ideal candidate will manage sales, inventory, team performance, and ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily store operations, sales, and inventory control.
• Drive sales growth and achieve performance targets.
• Lead, train, and motivate store staff.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.
• Manage cash flow, expenses, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Retail, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing retail or supermarket operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in POS, ERP, and MS Office tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
