Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Prepare and analyse sales reports, and other performance indicators. Ensure the legal and financial integrity of the store Schedule staff so as to properly serve customers, drive sales and execute tasks. Ensure proper in-store Brand execution according to established standards and directives. Ensure all store team members are trained on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge. Ensure all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards are consistently executed and maintained in the store. Develop sales strategies and set sales targets for the employees. Monitor and analyze sales figures, identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate measures to increase sales and profitability. Ensure effective merchandising and visual presentation of products to attract customers. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Recruit, train, and supervise store employees including sales associates, cashiers, and support staff. Provide guidance, coaching and performance feedback to team members. Foster a positive and motivating work environment to maximize employee morale and productivity. Oversee inventory control processes. Implement effective inventory management practices to minimise shrinkage and maximise stock turnover.
