Role & Responsibilities
1) Overall Store management
2) Staff management ( attendance, grooming, discipline )3) Shrinkage control4) Stock maintenance without paving way for product damage5) Sales training to the staff6) Store cleanliness7) Complete admin control ( dealing with maintenance related vendors )8) Store opening & closing procedures9) Extremely effective customer relations10) Active participation in sales aiding the sales force11) Complete control of sales team
