Store Manager- Retail-Homedecor Furnitue

• Recruit, train, and manage retail staff, including sales associates and potentially delivery/installation teams.
• Achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and build customer relationships.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper product display and merchandising.
• Oversee daily operations, maintain store cleanliness and safety, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze sales data, identify trends, and prepare reports on sales performance.

Skills:

Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within the furniture or home decor industry.

Ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team of retail professional.

Familiarity with furniture styles, materials, and trends.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain a clean and organized store

Good Communications Skills

Graduate and above.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
