Roles and Responsibility
Responsible for running operation at the outlet.
Manage Sales and P&L of the outlet
The duties of a Outlet manager include
- Tracking Day to Sales Revenue
- Managing staff and align them properly towards their work assignments
- Managing outlet resources as per requirement
- Monitoring regular sales of the outlet and taking corrective steps to increase the same
- Responsible for proper stocks at outlets through Purchase Manager
- Ensuring that all staffs are effectively managing their assignments
- Implementing marketing strategies, addressing customer needs,
dealing with maintenance issues
- Managing sudden rush at outlets by properly allocating staff
- Keeping Heath and Hygeine of the outlet as per company's standard. This is the most imporatnt parameter for review
- Coordinating with HO Staff such as Purchase Manager/ Training and HR in order to run the outlet operation effectively
