Role Description

This full-time on-site role, located in Pune, involves managing day-to-day operations at our laundry facility. The Store Manager, Laundry will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring efficiency in laundry services, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and managing budgets. You will also ensure that the facility maintains high standards of cleanliness and service quality.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
• Experience in Laundry Services, including handling and processing laundry
• Skills in Budgeting and financial management
• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to address customer needs and issues
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Experience in the consumer services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred
