Store Manager (Grocery)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of daily store operations, including sales, staffing, and customer relations. Your role will involve overseeing stock management, product replenishment, and vendor coordination to maintain proper inventory levels. Additionally, you will recruit, train, and motivate store employees to meet sales and service targets. Ensuring high standards of store presentation, hygiene, and compliance with safety and company policies will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Reviewing sales reports, controlling operational costs, and supporting strategies to maximize profitability are essential tasks. Monitoring staff performance and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment will contribute to the overall success of the store.
