Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage daily dark store operations, including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to TAT and SLA targets.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock availability, FIFO/FEFO, and shrinkage control.
Plan and manage manpower (pickers, packers, riders coordination) and shift rosters.
Train, guide, and supervise store staff to maintain productivity and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety, hygiene, and audit requirements.
Coordinate with last-mile delivery teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Track KPIs such as order accuracy, fill rate, wastage, and productivity.
Handle escalations related to operations, manpower, or order delays.
Maintain store discipline, attendance, and performance tracking.
Ensure proper handling of perishables, cold chain, and expiry management.
Support new store launches, process improvements, and system implementations.
