We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Store Manager to lead our Bangalore branch. The ideal candidate will oversee daily store operations, manage staff performance, and ensure every client experiences professional and seamless service at NAGAGOLD.
Oversee daily store operations & staff
Ensure excellent customer service & store presentation
Monitor sales performance & achieve a daily turnover target of 30 Lakhs
Manage inventory accuracy and compliance through RGIS processes
Strong communication & leadership skills
Experience in retail, jewellery, or financial/precious metal exchange industry (gold testing experience preferred)
Goal-oriented & customer-focused
Professional, reliable & proactive
