About Us: VCK Greens is one of India’s fastest-growing brands in premium artificial plants and custom decor. We're seeking a multi-tasking, smart, and responsible Store Manager who can handle walk-in customers and support the founder in daily business coordination. Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000 per month (depending on experience) Your Role: This is not a typical showroom job — you’ll be a part of a creative business, helping with everything from store walk-ins to real-time client support and business assistance. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day store operations and walk-in client experience Explain products, make in-store sales, and suggest decor solutions Prepare quotations and estimates using our templates Follow up with clients via WhatsApp or calls when needed Coordinate with production & delivery team for order tracking Assist the founder with everyday business tasks, reminders, and coordination Maintain stock records and assist with minor content tasks.
