About the Role

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle walk-in clients with a strong customer service mindset.
Conduct proactive lead follow-ups to drive conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
Manage after-sales communication and coordinate with internal teams.
Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and store upkeep.
Train, supervise, and motivate store staff.
Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
Maintain daily reports, sales trackers, and performance dashboards.

Requirements

Minimum
5+ years of industry experience
in client handling, sales, or retail store management.
Proven track record in
lead management and conversions
.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Must be able to
