Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Keeper role based in Panipat. The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper stocking and retrieval of goods, maintaining accurate inventory records, and overseeing store operations. The role involves working closely with customers and suppliers, providing excellent service, and ensuring smooth store workflow. The Store Keeper will also assist in staff training and maintaining a well-organized storage area.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers and build relationships effectively.
• Experience in Retail Sales with a focus on product knowledge and sales processes.
• Excellent Organization Skills for inventory management and store operations.
• Ability to provide training to new staff and ensure they are well-informed of store protocols.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and handling inventory-management tools.
• Previous experience in the retail or construction material industry is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory or warehouse management will be considered an advantage.
