Job Description

Tech-savvy with good computer skills. Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies. Arrange and store goods systematically in the godown to prevent damage or spoilage. Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain proper records. Conduct regular stock verification and report discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the godown. Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for reordering. Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for smooth operations. Ensure FIFO (First-In-First-Out) method is followed for perishable items. Keep documentation updated for internal audits. Align material dispatch on regular basis. Send Daily working Report to Head Office. This position involves work in the godown/warehouse area. Please note that there is no permanent labor staff assigned to the godown. As such, the selected candidate may be required to assist with loading and unloading of materials, as per operational needs and must stay alert to monitor the work of loaders and temporary labor.
