Job Description:
We're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Store Keeper to join our team, responsible for managing the store, selling laptops and computers, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
* Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
* Sell laptops, computers, and accessories to customers
* Provide product recommendations and demonstrate features
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns
* Maintain store display and inventory
* Meet sales targets and promote products effectively
Requirements:
* 1+ years of experience in retail sales (electronics preferred)
* Knowledge of laptops, computers, and accessories
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Basic math skills and comfort with POS systems
* Ability to lift and handle products (if needed)
Skills:
* Customer-focused approach
* Sales and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
