Store Keeper

The Store Keeper will be responsible for efficiently managing all materials, tools, and equipment at the construction site of the hospital project. The role requires maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring timely material availability, and supporting site operations to achieve project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily records of incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and equipment.
• Verify materials received with purchase orders and delivery challans.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and identification of all materials at the site.
• Coordinate with the procurement and project teams for material requirements.
• Prevent material wastage and monitor stock levels regularly.
• Maintain the material issue register and reconcile with the project consumption.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Inspect materials for damage or discrepancies and report to the Project Manager.
• Supervise helpers/labor handling material loading and unloading.
• Ensure that safety and housekeeping standards are maintained in the store area.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Diploma / ITI / Graduate (any discipline).
• 3–5 years of experience as Store Keeper in a construction project, preferably in hospital or institutional projects.
• Knowledge of construction materials, electrical/plumbing items, and inventory software is desirable.

Skills Required:

• Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP or inventory management software.
• Basic understanding of site safety and quality procedures.

• Project Type: Hospital Construction (Civil, Electrical, Finishing works ongoing)
• Employment Type: Full-time, Site-based
• Duration: Till project completion (extendable based on performance and new projects)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
