Job Description

As a Warehouse Executive, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the Warehouse and Finished Goods area clean and presentable for audit. You will need to follow Good Documentation practices and safety instructions to ensure compliance while working in the warehouse. Your key roles and responsibilities include: - Receiving Raw materials and Packing materials and preparing Goods receipt Note (GRN) - Recording Temperature, Relative Humidity, and Differential Pressure in stores and Finished Goods area - Arranging Raw material and Packing material in stores according to status and labeling them properly - Dispensing and issuing Raw materials and Packing materials to production and Packing department - Filling entries in Raw material and packaging material log books - Performing Calibration and Verification of Weighing balances on a daily and monthly basis - Ensuring compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) in the warehouse - Handling manpower in the warehouse department - Conducting physical verification of stocks as per Standard Operating Procedure - Following up with the Quality Control department for timely sampling and release of materials - Preparing Standard Operating Procedures related to the warehouse department - Handling Change control and Deviations - Identifying materials due for Retesting on a monthly basis and informing the respective department - Managing Damaged, Rejected, and Expired materials in the warehouse - Following SOP and documentation in Raw material, Packing material, and Finished Goods store - Coordinating with purchase and commercial department for disposal of non-moving, obsolete, and rejected materials - Responsible for the receiving, storing, and issuing of materials (Pharma, Medical, and others), maintaining inventory and stock records - Implementing Procurement & Material Management policies and processes - Inspecting incoming materials, comparing information on packing slip with purchase order, and reconciling discrepancies - Delivering materials, supplies, and equipment to the users section as requested - Reporting any damage or defects in stock items and disposing of defective, expired, or damaged items accordingly - Updating stock details of material received and issued on a daily basis - Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the receiving, storage, packing, and dispatching areas - Stock Keeping and Material Planning for stocks and future orders - Material inwards check, testing, and labeling - Maintenance of area, racks, material, housekeeping, temperature, and humidity - Record Keeping for tools and MRN Material Return note - Ensuring cleanliness of Raw material, Packaging Material, Semi-finished store, Finished Store area on a daily basis In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to maintain the stock of excess manufacturing products and ensure proper storage in the BSR area. You will also be responsible for ensuring that training & development services are successfully delivered and providing feedback to the management. Please note that this is a Full-time, Permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement. The work location is in person.
