Store In‑Charge

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations: receive, inspect, and organize transmission components (gears, shafts, bearings, etc.) to maintain proper storage and easy
• Conduct regular inventory audits; track stock levels, create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Material Requisition Notes (MRNs), and ensure no critical spares are out‑of‑stock.
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast demand, initiate purchase requests, and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain traceability in SAP (e.g., SMS, TWMS, EWM) or Oracle systems, ensuring full stock visibility and strict process compliance.
• Ensure part quality: verify specifications and compliance of received components; report non‑conformances and manage returns.
• Prepare and maintain documentation—packing slips, dispatch documents, calibration records; support safety and quality audits.

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering.
• 3–6 years experience in store/inventory management, preferably in machining, gear manufacturing, or transmission assembly.
• Hands-on SAP/Oracle/WMS experience and competency with MS Office.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work under pressure and ensure zero stock-outs.

Pay: ₹164,069.99 - ₹985,742.95 per year
