Store Incharge (Granules & Raw Material Handling)

As a Material Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the inward and outward movement of raw materials including polymers, pigments, additives, and masterbatch. Your key responsibilities will include: - Maintaining accurate GRN, stock records, and issue slips for all raw materials. - Implementing and ensuring the FIFO / FEFO system for raw materials to maintain quality and minimize waste. - Coordinating with the purchase and PPC teams to ensure timely availability of materials. - Reconciling stock levels with the ERP system to ensure data accuracy. - Upholding safety, housekeeping, and storage standards for polymers and chemicals. - Managing logistics coordination and following up with vendors for timely deliveries. - Conducting monthly stock audits to verify physical inventory against records. Qualifications required for this role include: - Relevant experience in material coordination or inventory management. - Proficiency in using ERP systems for stock management. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Knowledge of safety standards and procedures for handling chemicals.
