Store Incharge (Granules & Raw Material Handling)

As a Raw Materials Coordinator, your role involves managing the inward and outward movement of raw materials such as polymers, pigments, additives, and masterbatch. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate GRN, stock records, and issue slips. It is crucial to ensure the FIFO / FEFO system for raw materials to maintain quality and minimize waste. Your coordination with the purchase and PPC departments is essential for ensuring timely material availability. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining stock reconciliation with the ERP system and upholding safety, housekeeping, and storage standards for polymers & chemicals. Key Responsibilities: - Manage inward & outward movement of raw materials - Maintain accurate GRN, stock records, and issue slips - Ensure FIFO / FEFO system for raw materials - Coordinate with purchase and PPC for timely material availability - Maintain stock reconciliation with ERP system - Uphold safety, housekeeping, and storage standards - Handle logistics coordination & vendor follow-up - Conduct monthly stock audits Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in raw materials coordination or similar role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Good communication and coordination abilities - Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus In addition to the job duties, the company offers the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Health insurance - Provident Fund Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
