Job Description

Key Responsibilities: · Inventory Control: o Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inbound/outbound movements and product location. o Regularly conduct physical stock checks and reconcile with system data. o Monitor reorder levels and coordinate procurement requests to avoid stockouts. · Receiving & Dispatch: o Supervise unloading of materials and ensure proper inspection, tagging and documentation. o Prepare and issue dispatches as per sales or project requirements. o Coordinate with logistics and ensure timely deliveries. · Stock Management: o Organize lighting products based on category, size, usage and storage safety. o Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) or other relevant inventory methods. o Ensure proper storage conditions for sensitive items (e.g., LED drivers, glass components, potting material, Solder paste). · System & Reporting: o Operate inventory management software o Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. o Report discrepancies, damages, or obsolete stock to management. · Safety & Compliance: o Ensure compliance with company safety standards and housekeeping. o Monitor safe handling, storage, and disposal of lighting products and components. Requirements: · Minimum 3–5 years of experience in storekeeping management, preferably in the lighting or electrical industry. · Familiarity with lighting products (e.g., LED fittings, panels, downlights, drivers etc.). · Proficient in inventory software and Microsoft Excel. · Strong organizational and leadership skills. · High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
