Job Description

Store operations and management

Daily operations:
Manage all day-to-day activities, including opening and closing the store, and ensure smooth operation of the store.
Inventory management:
Track and manage stock levels, process incoming and outgoing goods, and reconcile with purchase orders.
Order processing:
Handle product orders, receive deliveries, and manage damaged products and returns.
Staff supervision:
Train and supervise store staff, coordinate with other departments, and lead the team to meet goals.
Reporting:
Generate and maintain daily/weekly sales and inventory reports for management.
Supplier coordination:
Liaise with suppliers for stock replenishment and price/discount comparisons.
